Respected Sir
I a citizen of “chander vihar, Nilothi Extension-110041”, want to draw your attention towards the harm done by an unsound dog, who madly runs after every person, car or scooter and barks late night. People are feeling unsafe due to this dog. It had also bitten many children.
I hope you would understand the gravity of this situation and would take an immediate action.

I have made an order of Rs.3260\- with asthiijivak on 25/12/2016 for pune location, but since same product was delivered at my home town in Nagpur i have to initiate cancellation of my order that was to be delivered at pune. Cancellation was made on 29/12/2016, i was told that courier charge Rs.200\- will be deducted and remaining amount i.e. Rs. 3060\- will be refunded after 15days.
Now its more than 2 months and i have not received my amount. Moreover i have send them so many mails and i am still calling them 50-60 times in a day, still no action has been taken, no refund has been initiated. Staff is so irresponsible that they don’t even receive call or reply to any of my mails.
I think Anu Kapoor should not be an ambassador of such fake company.

Hi, I am Anand. user name: 11390296 My account ID : 103013078490. email id: anandtuffy@gmail.com. I hv started facing the same issues with ACT. Its showing i have exhausted 140 GB in first 9 days of the month. Its illogical and quite impossible. More ever i had never even once exceeded my ‘ACT STORM’ package in my whole year of experience with them and suddenly this shift! Hv suspended payments and filed a complaint.

I have to complain about the mobile tower which is placed near to just 10 meter where we are working the radiation which the mobile tower emits is very harmful and deadly we are on third floor the whole staff members are worried the 2 floor staafs are also worried the building address is 701, 3 floor and the landlord name is mr rajkumar please look into this matter and remove the tower as it ca be deadly for us.

Sir,
My gionee elife e7 mobile hanged all of a sudden and i was unable to operate the mobile…I consulted a service centre franchised by you in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, i.e., Y.N.Technologies..They told us they will refer to the software problem and solve this… When I visited them after a week, they told that if we do software update the mobile will be dead and the data will not be recovered…
Sorry for the comment but I am totally disappointed with their service…
Kindly suggest me where can i get my mobile repaired…Can the problem be solved ???

Complaint Details:
The Delivery staff frequently supplies leaky cylinders that are a safety risk and obviously underweight. They don’t allow us to do the safety check. They attempt to charge an extra Rs.20 as delivery charge. Get very rude when you refuse. Today the delivery man walked away with the cylinder saying we’ll deliver when we have a cylinder of your choice. In all messages and all commercials, BharatGas advises us to check for leakage before accepting the cylinder. but in practice we are not allowed to do so.
Will this be addressed by the concerned authorities, and how soon?
